Portable Espresso Machine — Product Terms & Care
Updated 31 October 2026. These terms supplement our store terms. Your statutory rights take priority. New orders are not yet open.
1. Product identity
This page covers the LifeHackBox portable espresso machine, product code LHB-ESP-027, offered at £40 GBP. This product supports large capsules, small capsules and ground coffee. Confirm the selected colour, exact capsule system, adapters and included items before ordering.
The supplied label names the manufacturer as Shenzhen Chaoben Information Technology Co., Ltd., Bantian International Center, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It names the UK representative as BARONET LIMITED, 29334 OFFICE SUITE 29A, 3/F., 23 WHARF STREET, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM SE8 3GG. These are product-label identities, not the identity or address of the seller operating this website, and are not customer return addresses. Country of manufacture: China.
2. Included items and compatibility
Only items expressly listed in the confirmed retail offer are included. Do not assume that a mains charger, carrying case, capsules or every type of adapter is supplied. Use the appropriate insert and do not force incompatible capsules or parts into the machine.
3. Charging and safe operation
Follow the rating label and manual supplied with the exact unit. Use compatible charging equipment. The supplied product label states 5 V DC, 2 A. Use a compatible supply and the provided instructions. Battery capacity, pressure, tank capacity and brewing times are not specified here without verified information for the supplied unit.
Hot water, steam and coffee can cause burns. Use on a stable surface, away from children. Do not open the brewing chamber during operation or while pressurised. Allow it to cool and depressurise before opening or cleaning. Respect marked fill limits and do not modify pressure-related parts.
4. Cleaning and care
Disconnect power before cleaning. Keep the charging port and electrical body dry; do not immerse the powered body or cable. Wash only parts the manual identifies as washable. Do not use a dishwasher unless expressly permitted by the manufacturer. Allow removable parts to dry before reassembly.
Stop use or charging if you notice swelling, leakage, overheating, a damaged casing or unusual smell. Contact us for support. Do not open or replace an internal battery unless the manufacturer provides for that procedure. Follow local electrical and battery disposal guidance.
5. Shipping
UK dispatch is offered, estimated processing of 1–3 days, followed by an estimated 3–7 days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The actual charge and delivery terms must be confirmed before purchase; see shipping information. Availability can change.
6. Returns, cancellation and faults
Our statutory cancellation, additional 30-day change-of-mind offer and faulty-goods provisions are described in returns and store terms. Opening the box does not automatically remove your legal rights. Preparing drinks may go beyond inspection and may lead to a lawful, evidenced diminished-value deduction, not an automatic loss of all rights.
Contact hello@lifehackbox.com for return instructions and the return address. A valid statutory cancellation does not depend on our prior approval. Empty coffee and water, allow the machine to cool and dry, and pack securely. Ask for safe transport instructions before returning a unit with a damaged or swollen battery.
7. Guarantees and supporting documents
No additional manufacturer warranty, regulatory approval, food-contact certification or certification for a different model is promised here. Any commercial guarantee must be expressly provided for the exact product. Your statutory rights against the seller remain independent of an additional warranty.
8. Support
Email hello@lifehackbox.com with your available order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help; an unboxing video or original packaging is not an absolute condition of your statutory remedy.
