14-day statutory cancellation

For ordinary online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days after the day you receive your goods. Then return them within 14 days of notifying us. You do not need prior approval for a valid cancellation. An order number helps, but a clear cancellation by email is sufficient with available purchase details.

You pay change-of-mind return postage only where this was disclosed before purchase. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your rights. We may make a lawful, evidenced deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Refund timing

We refund the amount due, including basic standard outward delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and then refund without undue delay and within 14 days. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

Additional 30-day change-of-mind offer

Notify us within 30 days of delivery. For requests first made after the statutory period, return within 14 days of your request, complete, clean and resalable. For this additional offer, we refund the product price within 14 days after receiving and checking the return. This does not restrict statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights include the usual 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods, and applicable rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or final rejection. We bear reasonable return costs where legally responsible. An unboxing video or original packaging is not an absolute requirement.

Returning the espresso machine safely

Empty water and coffee, let the machine cool and dry, and pack it securely with included accessories. Ask us for safe transport instructions before returning a damaged or swollen battery. See product care and store terms.
